The vets movement was much larger during the Vietnam War.
1) Drafted army.
2) Less social service support,
3) The anti-war movement made conscious
appeals to soldiers
I believe the antiwar sentiment is strong with Iraqi stationed soldiers, it doesn't have its expression yet.
