A Palestinian protester is helped after being shot in the leg by Israeli troops during a demonstration against Israel's separation barrier in the West Bank village of Bilin near Ramallah, Friday. The man was taken to hospital in unknown condition, Palestinian sources said. Israel says the barrier is necessary for security while Palestinians call it a land grab. (June 13, 2008)
